I Know This Pain Because I've Been There.
It started little by little. I'd go to the toilet, notice something had come out, and a few hours later it would go back in — so I kept putting off dealing with it. Over time, it began staying out longer. I started noticing blood stains in my stool and around the bathroom, and the more it progressed, the more painful it became.
After using the toilet, I couldn't just sit down on a hard surface. Sometimes I needed something soft to sit on, or had to lie down for a while before the discomfort settled enough to sit properly. If you work in an office, you know how frustrating that is — coming back from the toilet and sitting on one side because putting pressure on the area was unbearable. Even riding a motorcycle, or just walking, could hurt with every step.
Why I Created This Guide
There was also the embarrassment — the kind that makes it hard to tell someone, "this is what I'm going through," especially when the problem sits in such a private place. You can feel uncomfortable explaining it even to someone who genuinely wants to help.
Eventually, I found an approach that worked for me. Later, I shared it with a colleague going through something similar, and it helped her too. That's when I realized how many people are quietly searching for the same thing I once was.
So I put everything I learned into one private, practical guide.
